Pumpkin cobbler?
Yes, please!

So, I am not really a pie crust kind of girl. But give me cobbler and everything changes. My friend Richelle came up with this brilliant and easy recipe and you better believe that it comes with me every Thanksgiving.

I guess it sounds a little tricky...
you are basically making the pumpkin pie without the crust,
baking it halfway so it sets a bit,
adding the cake mix cobbler topping,
baking it again to brown the cobbler part and finish cooking the pie part.

Enjoy!

  2. Sounds yummy. On another note. The Hills. Is Audrina Psycho or what? I can't believe Heidi and Spencer got married, wait yes I can. He is super creepy. I feel sorry for her family. How do you welcome that in with open arms? Okay enough ranting from me. I just have no one to talk Hills with. ;)

  3. This really is yummy. I've had many similar versions of this recipe (it seems to be a popular pot-luck breakfast item among girls at MOPS!) I'm not one for plain old crust either, but crumbly & sugary? Yes.

  7. This sounds fantastic, will have to add it to my list of recipes to try. We are moving to another state next week, hoping I can get you to hold of on sending the purse until we get there, if you haven't already? Thanks.
