Hooray! They are done. Just barely in time. If you are ever thinking of sewing for hours and hours with a sinus headache I strongly recommend against it. I survived and the aprons fared pretty well. Only one run in with the seam ripper. A new record. As I was sitting at the machine, dosed up on Dayquil and garlic, boo hooing my fever and general crummy feeling-ness I got to thinking about Project Runway. They create elaborate entire outfits from scratch without patterns in about a quarter of the time it took me to make seven simple aprons. They must be robots or have a secret crew of elves or mice finishing their garments off camera. Off to crash on the couch. Hoping I don't have to see chocolate brown thread for a long, long time.
