Hello Twenty Thirteen.

2012 was so hard and so beautiful.
Are not all the best parts of life like that?

Walking into the unknown of 2013, we are trusting The One to which there is no unknown.
There is so much peace in that.

As well as kicking the year off with a little family road trip to visit some of our favorite people, and adventure in some of their favorite places.

So far I really like 2013.  A lot a lot a a lot.  Then some more.

  9. My family, too, is expecting some unknown in 2013! I've been challenged and encouraged by this quote from Corrie ten Boom that I came across... "Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God!"

  12. Happy 2013! I hope it's ok that I ask, but after spending forever (!!!) brushing out my oldest daughters hair (think snarles like crazy) I have to ask what you do to get her hair looking so nice! Any tips or advice? Should I try Diet Pepsi? :)
