  3. That's what I FEEL like doing!
I'm definitely being hit with the after holiday letdown/breakdown/meltdown. SO FAR I think I'm the only one who knows about it...and I think if I could steal an afternoon or morning to be quiet and just "BE" I might be able to recoup before I have a cry fest at a really silly time :S

  5. Still Iced Tea :). Warm quilt. The sound of rain (although wishing it would turn to snow). New sewing/baking books. Mini laptop. Cozy bed.

That's me right now ;). Along with sleeping in until after 8AM every morning too!

And yes, it's bliss. So enjoying this week. In fact I'm pretty sure my heart is more focused this week than last. How sad to admit that we get so caught up in the hustle and bustle even when you try with all your might not too.

    Happy Week Friend!

  7. I’m right there with ya! Warm blanket, curled up n the couch with the dogs, fiancĂ©e is upstairs (working from home today), watching T.V. , reading blogs, enjoying the Christmas tree. This is the 1st time this month I have actually be able to sit and enjoy it. Part of me wanted to take it down yesterday then I realized that I haven’t really enjoyed all the work I put into it. It’s going to stay up till New Years day!
Shamefully I often enjoy the week after Christmas more that the holiday itself. I know, I know......shame, shame is my name!

I'm at a conference with 1100 college students all worshiping the Lord together and Lord-willing growing in their faith. What a privilege to be a part!
