I am so happy to have met Sarah of Freckles and Fairytales through Teri of Sew Fantastic.
I feel like she jumped inside my brain and beautifully photographed some of my most favorite things.

I can't wait for you to meet her too.

"Hi there to everyone at Joy's Hope, my name is Sarah. I am a photographer living in Vancouver Washington with my loving husband Rob and our 4 beautiful little girls, Iris (almost 10), Stella (7) and twins Larkin & Ruby (2). I have loved photography my whole life..no more than a day (rarely) has gone by in the last 15 years or so that I haven't taken at least a few pictures. I enjoy trying to find new ways to look at everything I see. I am a lover of all art, dabbling in everything from scrapbooking, rubberstamping, oil pastels, watercolor, and my new found love SEWING. Although having 4 young children makes my crafting time a little more hectic I encourage my girls to do something creative everyday, our kitchen table is usually covered in the days newest projects.
My husband and I have been a professional portrait and wedding photographers for a few years now but just opened up my etsy shop this summer. My hope is to share my love of color and the beauty of the simple things around us
I feel so blessed to be included in a "Joy's Hope" giveaway and I am so thankful for all of the wonderful bloggers and crafters I have "met", what a wonderful supportive community of people you are."
Little People.
My most favorite childhood toy.
I spent thousands of hours playing school, farm and house with them. I would wallpaper the girls' playroom with this print if I could. My mom and I were just talking about how much she wishes she saved all of them. The new ones are cute, but these will always have a special place in my heart.

I am designing my entire craft room around these spools. I wouldn't mind this in a wallpaper version either. Look at the colors. Seriously, they could not be anymore me.

If I could fix cars, I for sure would have a VW camper van.
Every time I see one at the beach I get so nostalgic for my childhood camping trips and Jiffy Pop on the stove. I remember my cozy little loft and the amazing adventures my family had in our pop top.

I love the smell of crayons.
Play Dough... barf.
But I could wear crayon perfume.
Perhaps a happy print for the girl's art area would be a better choice.

Our "wedding china" was Fiestaware and we still use it every day.
I love it. It is funky, durable and timeless.
Perhaps my new kitchen needs a Fiestaware rainbow.

Sarah is giving
two winners (yay!)
two prints of their choice (yippee!)

How can you win?
(Remember, leave a separate comment for each entry.)

Come back here and tell me your favorite print.
2. Make a purchase from the shop.
Sarah is offering all of you cool kids a fantastic deal.
How about buy one get one free?
I'd say super awesome.
Just put Joy'sHope in the notes to seller box, as well as the free print you would like of equal or lesser value.
Seriously. Go. Right. Now.
3. Visit her blog.
Leave some comment love.

Winners will be chosen on Friday, September 18th.

  5. I have all those little people still thanks to my mom who stored them for me for thirty years. She was SO happy to drop off all those big boxes when we bought a house with a basement. :) My kids play with them almost every day.

I would love to hang the VW print in the office of our campground. My other favorite is the crayon image. My kids are coloring fools lately and for once I could look at crayons I don't have to pick up off the floor! :)

  38. I think she must be my long lost sister. I, too, had Fiesta Ware as my wedding china. And, my mom did keep the Little People for me, and my girls have been playing with them the past couple of years. (We're talking OLD SCHOOL ones that belonged to my older brothers... wooden ones... over 40 years old!)

I would love that print, or the crayola crayons. :)

Also being the proud owner of a VW camper van, the VW print would look great in our home. To top it off, I try to quilt as often as possible, and those spools would be given a place of honor in my sewing room. Seriously, her prints are amazing! Thank you so much for the giveaway! :-)
