Wow!  There are a lot of you with love for the Ped Egg.  I have a feeling that it might just make its way into my cart next time I am at Target.  Shave those ugly callouses into the trash!
Okay, so I have to admit that most of the time I am a team player.  But I am being the party pooper now and have to confess it.  Later on this summer we are going on a Disney cruise with all of Jason's family.  They got together and bought matching Disney t-shirts.  The nieces are wearing their Minnie Mouse costumes and the nephews are wearing Mickey Mouse ones.  I made little Minnie flip flops for the nieces, since they have all outgrown their Minnie shoes and I made myself a pair too.  Don't laugh!  It is my small concession to have some Disney spirit since I just can't bring myself to wear a matching t-shirt.  How horrible am I?  I usually dress super simply, almost always in solid colors and I don't think I have worn a silkscreened shirt since swim meets in high school.  So I am going to be the dork in the family pictures, with my red tank top, black skirt and toddler looking flip flops, completely different than the rest of the family.  Would you disown me?  (Jason isn't wearing one either, so we both are lame!)

  2. Funny! Last weekend Rus' mom wanted all of us, a total of 12 people, to get family pictures. ARGH! What a drag especially because she wanted everyone to match! She bought everyone matching shirts except me and Rus. I found one for me, but not for Rus. He called his mom and she picked up one for him. When we got there mine was different than everyone elses! I wish I had done what I wanted and worn whatever I wanted! I think if I hear "matching shirts" again, I'm going to scream!!

  4. no way would I wear matching mickey shirts or anything matching for that matter...its one thing for children but completely silly for adults. I would be the oddball right with you friend. :)

  5. Those are cute! Do you just tie the fabric and ribbon on? If so, are the knots uncomfortable or bothersome, or can you not feel them at all since they are on the top? I usually crochet my flip flops. :0)

Okay, I'll admit it. I'd wear the matching shirt, but no way would I be able to walk all over in flip flops. I'd be the dork with the walking shoes on. :0) The cute flip flops are for looks, not so much for lots of walking for me.

  6. I think the flip flops are the so cute the matching shirt wont matter.. and I wouldn't wear it either.

I went on a Disney cruise about 10 years ago with the family... it was soo much fun! I was 12 at the time, totally thought I was "too cool" but I had a blast, more fun than my little sister. so, just enjoy the cruise, don't worry about the shirt! :)
