Good for you! But, is that a container of EMPTY thread spools next to your beautiful pile of strips? I always wonder if I should save those things, but I never do.... Is that decoration? or do you have a master plan for creating with empty spools?

I just found Old Red Barn Co. blog's too!!! I love it, and will be reading weekly for the quilt-along.
I'm not doing this one due to "no time" but I will someday. I just started quilting too and LOVE IT!

umm, let me think.. YEP, I will be joining the quilt along too! Thanks for the info. I have been wanting a quilt "class". I usually just wing it and am never truly happy with the outcome.
